RENTAL OF BLCC CLUBROOMS FOR 2017 LIQUI MOLY BATHURST 12 HOUR Expressions of interest are sought from current financial Club members to hire the Clubrooms for the 2017 Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour race event in February 2017. Details are as follows: Sole use of the Clubrooms from Wednesday to Monday (5 nights) Rental fee of $3500 for 5 nights plus a $1000 security bond which will be refundable if Clubrooms are left in a clean and tidy condition and no damage is incurred. If more than one expression of interest is received, a ballot will be conducted at the Club General Meeting on 26 October 2016. It should be noted that the Club Member who is awarded the use of the Clubrooms is to be in attendance at the Clubrooms for the duration specified above. The payment of $4500 (rental fee and bond) is to be paid to the Club by 31 December 2016. Expressions of Interest are to be received by the Club Secretary by 21 October 2016.
