Historic Registration – for those members who participate with their vehicles in the Historic Registration Arrangement supported by your club in conjunction with Roads and Maritime Services, please be advised that your BLCC Membership for 2017 needs to be renewed before 31st December otherwise your vehicle will not be registered come 1st January 2017. THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD in relation to this requirement, you must be a Financial Member. The matter is between yourselves, the Police and RMS should an incident occur. NB- PLEASE BE AWARE
