Invitation to Bathurst Light Car Club members To display the club with a selection of members cars as part of the Auto Show at the 12Hour. Each member will be provided with 2 passes on arrival as per the times & details below. There will be no cost to club members. If you wish to enter please return this email with your details. The bump in times are as follows FRIDAY FEB 5th..............Any entrant who would like to attend on the Friday please call me on mob & let me know on the Friday morning at 9am. I will have your passes. SATURDAY FEB 6th........Between 7 & 8am at Gate 2.....(that's the gate at the roundabout as you approach the track from the city) RACELINE staff will be at this gate to sign you in & provide you with the passes, our staff are in red RACELINE shirts . SUNDAY FEB 7th...............Up until 9am for the show however they will be able to arrive from 4.30am .. Note...there will be a trophy presentation at 2pm on the Sunday. .May I suggest that those interested to be there for the start of the 12hr, its an awesome spectacle but don't leave it too close to 5am as there will be quite a lineup of spectators trying to get in for the start. Your club will be in the same display spot each day, quick shades, marquees etc are ok provided they are weighted down, you are able to pass out flyers & posters etc for your club/ event.
