The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Bathurst Light Car Club will be conducted on Wednesday 24 Feb 2016 (7.00pm for 7.30pm start) in the Clubrooms, Conrod Straight, Mt Panorama and nominations are now open. Nominations close Wednesday, 27 January 2016, by the end of the General Meeting. Members are reminded that only financial members are eligible to nominate for positions and to vote. Membership renewals will be accepted up to 6.45pm on the night of the AGM. However, no new membership applications will be processed on the night . If you have not already done so please get your membership renewal in as soon as possible.
