Steven Shiels driving his Z28 Camaro sports sedan had a strong showing in round one of the NSW Motor Race Championship on 1st April at Eastern Creek .Steven finished the three race program with a 2nd, 3rd and a 5th after qualifying 5th in a strong field. In his first two races Steven lapped in the 1.35.5 min range but dropped two seconds in his final race.
